Investigating Living Things In The Local Environment: Enacting The Science Curriculum With Primary Students

This session will look at the life science (biology) curricular content learning standards; local plants and animals in their environment with connections to the science curricular competencies and the First Peoples Principles of Learning. Through stories from primary classes, we will consider how you can investigate this area of the curriculum throughout the year with your students, making connections to place and getting outdoors!
