In improv there is no such thing as failure. Through the concepts of improv, we will find ways to not only deal with organizational change but also learn to thrive within it. The improv concepts I will be touching on include; listening, collaborating, making each other look good, being open to being changed, taking responsibility for our choices and to be more aware of how we affect those around us. We hope to do all of this while appreciating our differences and individual strengths to come together for a common goal.
By the end of the workshop, people will have stronger communication skills and will be working together like a well oiled machine.
