Helping Kids Cope With Life's Stressors: A Fundamental For Good Mental Health And Successful Learning
Stress isn’t always a bad thing, although it can become a problem when we experience too much of it for too long, or when we can’t recover from stress. Learning how to manage stress is key to helping BC children and youth flourish in school and in their lives. This interactive workshop will introduce participants to an evidence-backed range of practical strategies and resources and leave them with a better understanding of what stress is and how to support young people in managing it.
