Food Of The Gods! Health Food? Chocolate: It’s Not Just A Candy!

Did you know that cacao beans can only grow within 20° of the equator? Or, like fine grapes, different beans from different plantations processed by different manufacturers have very different flavour profiles? Workshop participants will learn the many facets of chocolate, from the bean to the bar, and taste samples of different beans, origins, manufacturers, and percentages of cocoa.
