Strategies And Resources For Helping Youth Manage Anxiety

Participants will develop a greater understanding of anxiety and anxiety problems in youth, and will learn about a range of evidence-based anxiety management strategies (with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) strategies) for supporting students.  Helpful tips for educators and specific resources, including AnxietyBC’s youth website (youth.anxietybc.com) and the MindShift app, will be reviewed.
