Best Practice For Supporting Children And Youth From Adverse Experiences: Trauma-Informed Schools
This session will describe the urgency and benefits of schools becoming ACEs (adverse childhood experiences, or trauma) Informed, providing an overview of all relevant issues and the science behind the need for such practice with children and youth. The process of a school becoming ACEs or Trauma-Informed will be described and discussed. Resources will be provided.
